Employer Sanctions Improvements Amendments of 1990 - Directs the Attorney General to conduct a nationwide education program to inform employers of their responsibilities and the prohibition against discrimination under the employment verification provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Authorizes appropriations.
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to develop and issue new social security cards that will be resistant to tampering or counterfeiting and ensure proper identification. Authorizes appropriations. States that such card shall not be a national identity card.
Directs the Attorney General to conduct a study of birth certificate improvements.
Directs the Attorney General and the Secretary to conduct demonstration programs to determine the feasibility of a computerized telephone worker verification system.
