Amends "An Act to incorporate the United States Olympic Association" to add to its objectives and purposes the encouraging and providing of assistance to amateur athletic programs and competitions for senior citizens.
Authorizes the United States National Senior Sports Organization of Chesterfield, Missouri, to: (1) use the words "Olympic" and "Olympics" when promoting national amateur athletic competition among senior citizens; and (2) register the word mark "National Senior Olympics" as its trademark on the principal register of the Lanham Act.
