A bill to provide for further participation by the United States in the International Development Association and for the establishment of the legal status of the International Finance Corporation's Securities in the United States.

Title I: International Development Association - Amends the International Development Association Act to authorize the U.S. Governor of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development to pay a specified amount to the International Development Association for the ninth replenishment of the Association. Authorizes appropriations.

Title II: International Finance Corporation - Amends the International Finance Corporation Act to provide that any securities issued or guaranteed by the International Finance Corporation shall be deemed to be exempted securities for purposes of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Requires the Corporation to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as appropriate. Permits the SEC to suspend such exemptions at any time.
