Foods for Special Dietary Use Act of 1990 - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to exclude foods for special dietary use from certain portions of the definition of the term drug. Prohibits the classification of such foods as drugs when offered or employed for specified purposes.
