Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Wild and Scenic River Study Act of 1990 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River segments in Massachusetts for study for potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River Study Advisory Committee to advise him during the preparation of the study of such river segments. Authorizes appropriations.
