A bill to designate certain rivers in the State of Michigan as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other purposes.
Michigan Scenic Rivers Act of 1990 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain rivers in Michigan as components of or potential additions to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish for each river designated for potential addition to the system a River Study Committee.
Declares that the Secretary shall not be required to conduct a review of the suitability of the Muskegon and the Little Muskegon Rivers in the Huron-Manistee National Forest or the Ontonagon River in the Ottawa National Forest, Michigan.
Authorizes appropriations.
