Organ Mountains National Conservation Area Establishment Act - Establishes the Organ Mountains National Conservation Area in New Mexico. Declares that the Organ Mountains Coordinated Resource Management Plan, April 1989, Bureau of Land Management, shall be the management plan for such Area.
Authorizes appropriations.
