United States-Canada Job Opportunity Reciprocity Act - Provides for the temporary (four-year maximum) U.S. admission and employment of certain Canadian citizens possessing specified technical and other skills.
Directs the Secretary of Labor to collect statistical data regarding such admissions and to share it with the Government of Canada and U.S. agencies concerned with labor shortages.
