Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to conduct a study of the prevalence and incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological problems among Asian-American, American-Indian, Native-Hawaiian, other Native-American Pacific Islander (including American Samoan Native), and Alaska Native Vietnam veterans.
Requires the Secretary to report to the Congress by October 1, 1991, concerning the results of such study.
