Permits certain veterans with service-connected disabilities who are retired members of the uniformed services to receive compensation concurrently with retired pay, except that no amount of either retirement pay or compensation may be paid concurrently if the payment of each is based upon the same disability.
Provides that, for a person receiving disability compensation, the amount of his or her retirement pay shall be reduced by the percentage difference between 100 percent and his or her disability percentage rating.
