Mag-Lev Guarantee Pilot Program Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to guarantee State and local loans made from employee pension plan funds to high-speed intercity rail facilities.
Establishes the High-Speed Rail Loan Development Fund to provide for such guarantees.
