A bill to authorize appropriations for the continued funding for operation and maintenance of the Bethune Museum and Archives.

Authorizes appropriations for FY 1990 through 1992 to continue funding the operation and maintenance of the museum and archives at the Mary McLeod Bethune Council House, a national historic site in Washington, D.C., which acknowledges the contributions of Mary McLeod Bethune, an educator and presidential advisor, and other African-American women to this country.
