A bill to reimburse individuals for expenses incurred to test cattle for brucellosis organisms carried outside Yellowstone National Park by elk and bison, and for other purposes.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to reimburse cattle owners in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Idaho and the governments of such States for the costs of testing cattle for brucellosis if there is a demonstrated risk of infection from national park elk and bison herds.
Requires a claimant to prove the validity of such claim by presenting bills or other explanations of expenses to the Secretary.
Authorizes FY 1990 through 1992 appropriations.
