Colorado River Wild and Scenic River Addition Act of 1990 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate segments of the Colorado River in Utah as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
States that nothing in this Act shall be construed to alter, amend, repeal, interpret, modify, or conflict with the Colorado River Compact and the Upper Colorado River Compact.
Amends Federal law to subject mining claims located on U.S. public lands to U.S. rights to use and dispose of mineral material surface resources on such claims before a patent is issued.
Sets forth the official short titles of two Acts of Congress, one in 1955 and the other in 1947, as the "Surface Resources Act of 1955" and the "Materials Act of 1947."
