Large Scale Driftnet Fishing on the High Seas Prohibition Promotion Act

Large Scale Driftnet Fishing on the High Seas Prohibition Promotion Act - Amends the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act to require the Secretary of State to secure an international ban on large-scale driftnet fishing on the high seas as soon as possible. Requires a report to the Congress on the progress of negotiations and annual reports until an agreement is reached.

Amends the Great Lakes Fishery Act of 1956 to add provisions supporting the ban of large-scale driftnet fishing.
