A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to allow a recipient of supplemental security income benefits to receive contributions through a trust established by the State for the benefit of such individual without affecting the eligibility of such individual for such benefits, and for other purposes.

Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to exclude amounts placed in a trust established under State law to supplement an SSI recipient's care, support, and treatment from such recipient's income and resources for SSI eligibility purposes. Excludes such amounts from an SSI recipient's income for Medicaid (title XIX of the Social Security Act) eligibility purposes.
