A bill to provide temporary duty-free treatment for certain chemicals.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to grant duty-free treatment, through December 31, 1994, of: (1) Acetoacet-para-Toluidide (AAPT); (2) Acetoacetsulfanilic Acid, Potassium Salt (AA Sulfanilic Acid Potassium Salt); (3) 6-Methyl Uracil; (4) Ethyl 2-(2-Aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-hydroxyiminoacetate (ATHAET); (5) Ethyl 2-(2-Aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-Methoxyiminoacetate (ATMAET); (6) 4,4'-Methylene-Bis-(2, 6-Dimethylphenylcyanate); (7) 2,2'-Bis(4-Cyanatophenyl)-1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexafluoropropane (8) 4,4'-Thiodiphenyl Cyanate; (9) 1,1-Ethylidene-Bis-(Phenyl-4-cyante); (10) Hydrocarbon Novolac Cyanate Ester; (11) 4,4'-Methylene-Bis-(3-Chloro-2,6-Diethyl Aniline); (12) 4,4'-Methylene-Bis-(2,6-Diisoprophyl Aniline); and (13) L-Carnitine.
