A bill to amend the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 to eliminate the discretion of the court in connection with the denial of certain Federal benefits upon conviction of certain drug offenses.

Amends the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 to remove discretion from the courts and thus make mandatory the denial of Federal benefits for a fixed term after a conviction for distribution or possession of a controlled substance.
