A bill to amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce temporarily the duties on gripping narrow fabrics of man-made fibers.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, as amended by the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988, to reduce, from January 1, 1989, through December 31, 1992, the duty on gripping narrow fabrics of manmade fibers.
