Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, for a three-year period, the duty on N(2-(((5-((dimethyl-amino) methyl)-2-furanyl)methyl)thio)-ethyl)-N'- methyl-methyl-2-nitro-1,1-ethenediamine, hydrochloride (ranitidine hydrochloride).
