Directs the Secretary of Defense, no later than 15 days after the enactment of this Act, to establish an Anti-Drug Task Force composed of personnel from the armed forces, the Coast Guard, and the U.S. Customs Service. Requires the Task Force, in cooperation with the Director of National Drug Control Policy, to develop a plan for the support of the drug interdiction activities of Federal law enforcement agencies, providing for the assignment of military personnel and the use of equipment and resources of the Department of Defense.
Directs the Secretary and the Director, within 30 days after enactment of this Act, to report to the Congress on the activities of the Task Force.
