A bill to provide for the temporary suspension of the duty on certain two-stroke cycle piston engines.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to provide for the suspension of duty, through December 31, 1992, on certain two-stroke cycle piston engines to be installed in vehicles designed for snow travel, golf carts, nonamphibious all-terrain vehicles, burden carriers, and personal watercraft.
