Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 5021. All points of order against the motions printed in the joint statement of the managers on the conference report to dispose of Senate amendments numbered 6, 20, 54, 82, 100, 107, 109, and 143 for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 7 of rule XVI shall be waived. All points of order against a motion offered by Mr. Smith of Iowa printed in the report accompanying this resolution to dispose of Senate amendment no. 83 for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 7 of rule XVI shall be waived.
