The conference report on the concurrent resolution shall be considered as recommitted to conference, n otwithstanding the prior action of the House and all points of order against any sub sequent conference report and against its consideration shall be waived. No motion with respect to disposition of the resolution shall be in order except pursuant to this resolution. S pending allocations and credit responsi bility of the committees of the House shall be printed in the Record and shall be considered to be the joint statement of the managers on H. Con. Res. 310
