Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H. Con. Res. 310 with 2 hours 0 of general debate. The conference report shall be considered as having been read when called up for consideration. Following disposition of the conference report, no motion with respect to disposition of H. Con. Res. 310 shall be in order except pursuant to a subsequent order of the House. The allocations of spending and credit responsibility to the committees of the House shall be considered to be the allocations required to be printed in the joint statement of managers pursuant to sec. 302(a) of the Budget Act. Rule XLIX shall not apply with respect to conference report adoption.
