Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the House Judiciary Committee should hold hearings for the purpose of evaluating all evidence relative to the Arthur Rudolph case and upon conclusion of such investigation determine whether the Office of Special Investigation of the Department of Justice was justified in its actions or violated the rights of Arthur Rudolph.
