Rule provides for consideration of H. Con. Res. 106 with 5 hours of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions. Two hours of general debate shall be confined to the subject of economic goals and policies. It shall be in order to consider an amendment if offered by the Committee on the Budget, debatable for not more than thirty minutes and not subject to amendment. No further amendments shall be in order except the amendments printed in the report accompanying this resolution. Said amendments shall not be subject to amendment and shall be in order even if a previous amendment in the nature of a substitute has been adopted. Measure will be read by section.
