Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 1750 with 4 hours of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Upon adoption of the rule, all points of order against the bill and against its consideration are waived. General debate to be equally controlled by Representative Foley and Representative Michel or their designees. A motion to recommit shall be considered only if offered by Representative Michel or his designee, and shall be debatable for not to exceed twenty minutes. Measure will be considered read. Specified amendments are in order. Only amendments recommended by the Committee on Appropriations, which may be offered en bloc, and debatable for not to exceed ten minutes and which shall not be amendable or divisible in the House or in the Committee of the Whole shall be in order.
