Summary

Amends the Commodity Exchange Act to require certain exporters of wheat, corn, or soybeans to report specified export sales information to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Requires the Commission to make such information available to the public.

Directs the Commission to revoke the registration (for at least 12 months) of any broker violating these provisions or accepting an order from any person violating these provisions.
