To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to include with regulations issued by that agency a statement of the anticipated effects of the regulations on small business.

A BILL
To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to include
with regulations issued by that agency a statement of the anticipated effects
of the regulations on small businesses.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled, That the Administrator of the
  Environmental Protection Agency shall include with regulations issued by
  that agency a statement of the anticipated effects of the regulations on
  small businesses.
