Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to terminate most-favored-nation treatment for the products of Iraq.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That General Note 3(b) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting `Iraq' in alphabetical sequence in the list of countries in such note.
