To provide for the acquisition of certain lands within the Mark Twain National Forest, and for other purposes.
Greer Spring Acquisition and Protection Act of 1990 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to acquire, under certain conditions, fee title to Greer Spring, Missouri, for addition to the Mark Twain National Forest.
