To transfer the personal property of the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Commission to the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Center and to authorize appropriations for the Center.

Directs the Administrator of General Services to transfer all personal property of the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Commission existing on the date of the termination of such Commission to the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Center. Authorizes appropriations for the Center.
