To establish an Office of Youth Entrepreneurship in the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.
Youth Entrepreneurship Act of 1990 - Amends the Small Business Act to establish an Office of Youth Entrepreneurship to be headed by a Director appointed by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration.
Requires the Director to study and report to the Congress on educational methods that promote growth and success of youth entrepreneurs.
