To amend the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act to repeal the
fuel standards provisions of that Act.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled, That title V of the Motor Vehicle
  Information and Cost Savings Act is repealed.
