Facilitation in Licensing for International Medical Graduates Act - Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) to establish a National Repository of International Medical Graduate Records.
Authorizes the Secretary to make grants to the Federation of State Medical Boards to develop and administer uniform national medical licensing examinations. Authorizes appropriations.
