Establishes the Bayou Cocodrie National Wildlife Refuge, Louisiana.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, to manage a sufficient amount of such Refuge woodlands as a continuous mature forest to benefit the species of passerine birds that occupy this type of habitat.
