Cache La Poudre National Heritage Corridor Act

Cache La Poudre National Heritage Corridor Act - Establishes the Cache La Poudre National Heritage Corridor, Colorado.

Establishes the Cache La Poudre National Heritage Corridor Commission to assist Federal, State, and local authorities in the development and implementation of an integrated historic preservation, cultural landscape, recreation, and interpretation management plan for the Corridor. Requires submission of the plan to the Secretary of the Interior for review. Terminates the Commission in five years, authorizing a five-year extension under certain circumstances.

Sets forth the duties of the Secretary with respect to approval or disapproval of the plan and duties of other Federal entities conducting or supporting activities affecting the flow of the Cache La Poudre River or the natural resources of the Corridor.

Declares that the establishment of the Corridor shall not impose any change in Federal environmental quality standards.

Authorizes appropriations.
