To amend the Small Business Act to increase to 10 years the maximum term of Federal disaster loans to business concerns which are able to obtain credit from non-Federal sources, and for other purposes.
Disaster Loan Equity Act of 1990 - Amends the Small Business Act to extend from three years to ten years the maximum term of a disaster loan available to a small business able to secure credit from non-Federal sources. Extends certain existing disaster loans to a maximum aggregate term of ten years.
