To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to expand the rights of victims of occupational safety and health hazards, and for other purposes.
Occupational Safety and Health Hazards Victims' Rights Act - Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to set forth rights of victims (injured employees and their family members), including: (1) meetings, reports, and participation in proceedings and settlements; (2) access to information and documents; and (3) specified additional remedies.
Directs the Secretary of Labor to notify victims of their rights under this Act.
