State Dependent Care Development Amendments of 1990 - Amends the State Dependent Care Development Grants Act to extend, through FY 1993, the authorization of appropriations for grant allotments to States for programs relating to dependent care services.
Removes restrictions on the split in funding between resource and referral systems and school-age child care services.
Removes restrictions which limited such funding for school-age child care services only to: (1) public or nonprofit grantees; and (2) settings in public or private school facilities or in community centers.
