To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require the disclosure of certain information to students and prospective students by eligible institutions.
Post Secondary Education Disclosure Act of 1990 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require each institution of higher education participating in student aid programs to disclose to students and prospective students the completion or graduation rate of certificate- or degree-seeking students who enter each program of study in the institution. Provides criteria for calculating such completion rate.
