Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the `Bicycle Transportation Act of 1990'. SEC. 2. MINIMUM FUNDING LEVEL. Section 217(h) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the first sentence and inserting the following: `Each State shall obligate in a fiscal year for projects authorized by subsections (a), (b), (e), and (f) of this section not less than 1 percent of the sums apportioned to such State under each of paragraphs (1), (2), and (6) of section 104(b) for such fiscal year.'.
