Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, acting through the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, to prepare a series of engraved plates and issue impressions in commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus.
Requires the Secretary to: (1) determine the number and design of such plates in the series; and (2) sell such impressions.
