Transfers to the Secretary of Defense jurisdiction and control over and responsibility for the operation and management of the Pentagon Reservation in Arlington, Virginia (the Pentagon building and its surrounding grounds and parking facilities).
Authorizes the Secretary to appoint military or civilian personnel or employees to perform law enforcement and security functions for property occupied or under the jurisdiction and control of the Department of Defense located in the National Capital Region. Authorizes the Secretary to ensure the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the Reservation, including parking and traffic rules.
Establishes in the Treasury a revolving fund for expenditures for management, operation, protection, construction, repair, alteration, and related functions for the Reservation.
