To amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act to prohibit the importation of kiwifruit, nectarines, and plums that do not comply with any grade, size, quality, and maturity provisions of a marketing order applicable under such Act to the respective kind of fruit produced in the United States or with comparable restrictions promulgated under such Act.
