Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1993, the existing suspension of duties on: (1) o-benzyl-p-chlorophenol; (2) 6-amino-1-naphthol-3-sulfonic acid; (3) carbodiimides; (4) diphenyl guanidine/di-o-tolylguanidine; and (5) dichlorohexylbenzothiazylsulfenamide.

To continue until January 1, 1994, the existing suspensions of duty on
certain chemicals.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States
  of America in Congress assembled, That each of the following headings in
  the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking
  out `12/31/90' and inserting `12/31/93':
  (1) Heading 9902.29.09 (relating to o-Benzyl-p-chlorophenol).
  (2) Heading 9902.29.34 (relating to 6-Amino-1-naphthol-3-sulfonic acid).
  (3) Heading 9902.29.55 (relating to carbodiimides).
  (4) Heading 9902.29.56 (relating to diphenyl quanidine/di-o-tolylquanidine).
  (5) Heading 9902.29.77 (relating to dichlorohexylben-zothiazylsulfenamide).
  SEC. 2. The amendments made by the first section of this Act apply with
  respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption,
  on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
