To provide for the funding of certain wildland fire programs of the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Interior, and for other purposes.
Federal Wildland Firefighting Fund Act of 1990 - Establishes the Federal Wildland Firefighting Fund from which authorized expenditures for the fire protection, fire suppression, and emergency burn rehabilitation activities of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture shall be made. Derives financing for such Fund from timber and on-shore mineral receipts collected from the operation of specified Federal laws. Sets forth expenditure accountability provisions.
