Wisconsin Indian Treaty Law Enforcement Act - Authorizes the Attorney General to make grants to Wisconsin or tribal law enforcement agencies to assist them in bearing the law enforcement costs associated with the exercise of court-determined treaty rights by Indian tribes in that State. Limits expenditures under such grants. Authorizes appropriations.
