IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES February 27, 1990 Mr. MORRISON of Washington introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs A BILL To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain lands in Sunnyside, Washington, to the Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. CONVEYANCE TO SUNNYSIDE VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT. The Secretary of the Interior shall convey to Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District of Sunnyside, Washington, by quitclaim deed or other appropriate instrument and without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States, excluding oil, gas, and other mineral deposits, in and to a parcel of public land described as Lots 1 and 2 of Block 34 of the Town of Sunnyside in Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 22 East, Willamette Meridian, Washington.
